Pluro Scanner helps teams identify potential accessibility issues on licensed pages, examine findings, and track follow-up work. A scan is one stage of assessment, not a certification of accessibility compliance.

Run a page scan

  1. Open the relevant licensed domain in the Portal.
  2. Go to Scanner and choose the page or entity to assess.
  3. Start the scan and wait for the report to finish processing.
  4. Open the results for the correct page and scan run.

Review the HTML report

From the scanned entity, open the three-dot menu and choose Reports. Select the available HTML report for detailed findings. Report interaction permissions depend on Organization Hub roles and site assignment, as described in HTML Report page functionality.

Interpret findings responsibly

  • Inspect the target element and surrounding page context.
  • Distinguish detected issues from areas that require manual evaluation.
  • Use severity or priority as a triage aid; do not rely solely on an automated score.
  • Validate fixes after implementation and keep a record of the test environment.
