Jira settings

The Sync with Jira tab includes an admin email, an API token, a Cloud Jira service URL and a project key. Enter only credentials approved for your organization.

Configure the connection

Enter the administrator email associated with the Jira token, the API token, the Cloud Jira endpoint and the destination project key. Save the integration if the relevant save control is available. Test with a non-sensitive issue first.

Automatic synchronization

The screenshot shows an Automatic sync with Jira toggle. Its description indicates that tasks and subtasks may be created for accessibility issues when pages are scanned manually or automatically. Confirm how duplicates, ownership and retries are handled in your account before enabling.

Security

Do not include a Jira API token in documentation, screenshots, support tickets or public code. Rotate any token accidentally exposed. Use least-privilege credentials.

Product documentation note: Review permission settings, current account functionality and the actual result before applying changes to a customer website.
